Blender

  • Blender is a free and open-source 3D computer graphics software product used for creating animated films, visual effects, art, 3D printed models, interactive 3D applications and video games

I liked Blender because it was really interesting and fun. Adding in a monkey and adding hats, colors and shapes to him was very fun. We are going to be making games later with this program and I am excited.

ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps)

Good

  • Guaranteed job out of college
  • Learn more skills than you would in any other job
  • Financial assistance for college
  • Fighting for your country
Bad and Ugly
  • Very big commitment
  • You have to serve for 5-7 years
  • Training mentally and physically
I would definitely consider enrolling in the ROTC. It seems like a great idea and also a free ride to college, but with the price of hard and enduring work.

DGBL

Digital Game Based Learning(DGBL)
  • Type of learning that involves video based games
  • To learn mathematics and also language, you can use video games or visual media to learn things you would learn sitting in a classroom with teachers.
  • A popular game known as Sims is an example.
  • This game shows you the way to live life and how the economy works.

Good:
  • Most kids love video games, but do not like learning or studying
  • If you convert video games with studying/learning kids will learn and also have fun
Bad:
  • Kids will become to attached to video games.
  • Also kids could also lie about their video game and say it is educational but really it is not

In the movie the Matrix, Morpheus asked Neo(Thomas A. Anderson) to choose between a red or blue pill. Neo chose the red pill. Which sends him into the Matrix and shows him the truth. I would also chose the red pill because i want to know the truth about my life.
